RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are not accepted. All sales are final.
Refunds will be provided in the event of damage during shipping, after a photograph of the broken item and package is provided. (Damage from personal error or accident will not be refunded.)
IMPORTANT: If your package is damaged in shipping, do not throw away the box it was shipped in, or the packing materials. All Tumbleweed Pottery shipments are insured, but for insurance claims to be filed, the following must be provided via email:
Proof of damage. A photo must be provided showing what is broken. All items to be refunded must have a photo provided.
A photograph of the packing materials. This helps prove to USPS that the items were wrapped properly, and fault does not lie with the shipper.
A photograph of the box and the shipping label. They are looking for overt signs of damage, but this also shows that my packages are marked with FRAGILE stickers.
When all of these photographs have been provided, a refund will be issued, and I will file the claim on my end. Failure to provide one of the three required photographs will result in a request for a refund being denied.
In the event that items are oversold due to heightened traffic on the website, orders may be refunded. Because I do not do pre-orders, these oversold items will be fully refunded.
