MY STORY & PHILOSOPHY
My name is Danielle, and I am the potter behind Pottery by Danielle. I started learning pottery in 2012 while in graduate school, getting my Master of Education. I took a break from pottery between 2013 and 2018, and have recently gotten back into pottery.
I work out of my own home studio. I am deeply inspired by Frankoma Pottery, and all pottery that is functional, yet aesthetically pleasing. I never want to create something that is going to languish on a shelf unused. I believe pottery deserves to be well loved.
Aside from my love of pottery, I am also passionate about my full-time teaching job as a history teacher.
